New Patient Information

First Time Appointment Know-How

During a new patient appointment, which takes 1-2 hours, we will have you complete a new patient history, including HIPAA Privacy Policy information. Then we conduct a complete orthopedic or neurological examination of your problem area, followed by x-rays of that area.

Important insurance information

HHCC participates with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Care Network (a referral from your Primary Doctor is required), Medicare (x-ray and examination are not a benefit), Medicaid (new patient examination is not covered), and Priority Health.

We accept other insurances so long as they pay for chiropractic care. If you have a large deductible, you will be asked to pay as you go, and we will submit your charges to your insurance company to apply towards your deductible. Please be advised that we CANNOT guarantee insurance coverage because the companies do not guarantee us that they will pay.
